The Beeliar Group is dedicated to furthering the principles and practices that protect, sustain and nourish the environment. It is largely composed of professors and associate professors from WA universities, but it also includes a number of colleagues from other Australian universities and of non-professorial colleagues who have made outstanding contributions to the field and the work of the Group.

The Beeliar Group is convened by Emeritus Professor Bruce Armstrong (University of WA and University of Sydney), with the support of a steering committee comprising Professor Peter Newman (Curtin), Associate Professor Andrea Gaynor (UWA), Dr Sajni Gudka (UWA) and Dr Megan Jaceglav (Murdoch University) as Coordinator.
